An Ideal Career

Many women's dream jobs would be around the fashion industry. They love clothes, they love handbags and they love shoes. What better than to be able to work in one of the fashion jobs around? A career in fashion is what so many women aspire to.

There is the truly glamorous job of being a designer, an actual creator of clothes. This would be the ultimate job for many women, dictating what the latest fashions are going to be and making women around the world look great in their creations.

However, for this you have to have considerable talent and usually have to spend several years training. Then there are years as the underdog until you – hopefully – start to make a name for yourself. The industry is intensely competitive and you have to be a cut above the others to be really successful.

It is also a very hard working industry and you are likely to have to work long hours, and initially with very low pay. You must be determined to make a living from it.

However, if you are one of the few designers that can break through and become a household name, the hard work will have been worth it and you can start to enjoy the fruits of your success. Imagine celebrities in clothes designed by you!
